Former US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton called American journalist Tucker Carlson, who interviewed Russian President Vladimir Putin, a “useful idiot” and noted that she would not be surprised if he signed a contract with Russian media. She made this statement during an interview with MSNBC on February 8.
“You know, after being fired from so many media outlets in the United States, I wouldn’t be surprised if he got a contract with a Russian publication because he’s a useful idiot,” Clinton said.
